Artisan Grains Four Grain Couscous is a fusion of four different wheat and maize grains, which include wholewheat spelt, maize and kamut grains. As it is pre-cooked, Four Grain Couscous only requires a soaking, before it is ready for use.

Artisan Grains Four Grain Couscous is ideally served hot, but can equally be chilled to make a quick, tasty and satisfying salad. Why not add a little Olive Oil or butter for that extra great taste.
Empty 100g (½ pack) Couscous into a heatproof bowl.
Add 130ml of boiling water. Stir, cover and leave to stand for 4 minutes.
Add a little olive oil or butter to taste (optional). Stir and separate grains with a fork before serving.
