Can I take Ibuprofen with a CBD patch?

There have been no reported interactions between CBD and ibuprofen, however, there could be an individual reaction, so it is recommended to speak with your GP before using a CBD patch alongside ibuprofen. It's also worth noting that as CBD is thought to have an anti-inflammatory action, ibuprofen may not be not be required at all.

Why should I choose to use the CBD patch method?

Compared to a CBD patch, other CBD products could be seen to have a slight awkward delivery method. For example, when you ingest a CBD product in public, such as an edible or a tablet, the CBD must pass through your liver and stomach, which break down anything that goes into them. This essentially dilutes the CBD content. A transdermal CBD patch is discreet and allows for the CBD to be directly absorbed into your bloodstream slowly, over a number of hours.
