UK Postal Services:

UK delivery charges are charged at a flat rate. This means regardless of what you order, they will not increase. Standard UK £3.99

The delivery is sent via Royal Mail and your order will be delivered within 2-3 days. Free UK delivery is sent either by Royal Mail or Courier. 

Orders under £55:

Royal Mail : £3.99 delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Orders over £55:

Free delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man:

Royal Mail : £4.99 delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail International:

Europe from £13.99 - Royal Mail International Tracked

Rest of World from £13.99 - Royal Mail International Tracked

Delivery charges are charged depending on the weight of your item. Please see the tables below to get a rough idea of the delivery costs.

We reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping charge if the products ordered exceed the Royal Mail International limit of 2kg. Items despatched via Royal Mail International are usually delivered within a 7-14 working day period but can take slightly longer. 

Your order will be sent via the Royal Mail International Standard Service and on occasions we may need to upgrade your order to a tracked service due to a weight issue or due to the value of your order.

International Delivery via Courier

Delivery charges are charged at a flat rate. This means you can order up to 25kg and the delivery charge will remain the same. If your order exceeds 25kg then we may contact you to discuss further charges. Items dispatched are usually delivered in a 3-10 day period. 

Natures Healthbox is not liable for any customs charges incurred or the length of time a delivery takes if delayed by customs. To calculate the delivery costs of your item(s) please view the table below

Packaging 

When we pack our goods we try to use the most eco-friendly option available to us. We have recently switched to using cardboard bubble wrap instead of the usual plastic. We do still need to use plastic bubble wrap from time to time due to the nature of some of the products we sell and likelihood they will smash in transit.

Eco-Flo

A lot of our customers think we are using polystyrene when there order arrives. This is not the case. The wotsit type things you find in your delivery are made from starch and dissolve in water

Yes, if not better! Independent tests by Brunel University and the University of Humberside show that EcoFlo prevents product migration and provides better impact protection than polystyrene

EcoFlo may be 100% biodegradable, but does it perform as well?

Yes, if not better! Independent tests by Brunel University and the University of Humberside show that EcoFlo prevents product migration and provides better impact protection than polystyrene.

EcoFlo is made from starch. What difference does that make?

EcoFlo is biodegradable and conforms to EN13432, making it suitable for domestic or municipal compost. It will dissolve in water which eliminates the problem of littering. Starch is an annually renewable resource, not a depleting resource like petro-chemical based polystyrene.

Is the production process environmental?

Yes! We use a low energy, single stage production process, compared to the multi stage, high energy process used for producing polystyrene. EcoFlo uses steam instead of pentane gas as the blowing agent.
