
A perfect dressing for a delicious salad – Weed & Wonderful Pure Scottish Seaweed Infused Oil provides lovely flavour from the sea to pair with the smoked salmon in this recipe.

Serves 3-4
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Weed & Wonderful Pure Scottish Seaweed Infused Oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to season
- 8 cups baby spinach
- 6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch ribbons
- 1 medium cucumber peeled and sliced
- 4 radishes sliced
- 2 scallions thinly sliced
Method
- Lightly whisk the Weed & Wonderful Pure Seaweed Infused Oil, lemon juice, dill and seasoning in a large mixing bowl
- Add the the rest of the ingredients then toss well until covered in dressing.
- Serves with crusty bread and Enjoy!
