Is Rosa mosqueta oil the same as rosehip oil?

No! Rio Rosa Mosqueta Rosehip Oil 50ml is enriched with higher levels of Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) than Rosa canaan, which is used in similar products, but is lower in omega 3 fats. Rosa Mosqueta Oil also contains an important nutrient called trans-retinoic acid

What is all trans retinoic acid used for?

It is said that trans retinoic acid may help to treat skin conditions such as Spots & Acne. 

Does rosehip oil help dry skin?

Yes, absolutely! Rosehip oil is full of Essential Fatty Acids that make it ideal for those with dry, itchy skin.

Can I use Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream with the oil?

Yes! Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream 50ml has been specially formulated to use at the same time as Rio Rosa Mosqueta Rosehip Oil. 

Do I put rosehip oil before or after moisturizer?

Rio Rosa recommends applying the rosehip oil first, then, when it is fully absorbed, apply Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream.
