Carley's Organic Smooth Peanut Butter has been finely milled to a smooth spread, and like other pure Nut Butters, it can be used on Bread & toast or for making satay sauce, when used with Coconut Milk, Garlic and black Pepper.

No. Carley's Organic Smooth Peanut Butter has no salt whatsoever. If you prefer a touch of salt simply sprinkle a bit into your jar then stir it through.
