What are Chia Seeds?
Chia Seeds (Salvia hispanica) are sourced from the flowering Lamiaceae plant in the Mint family. Chia Seeds have been a Food staple for centuries in both Aztec and Mayan cultures.
Chia Seeds contain rich sources of dietary fibre, carbohydrates, Antioxidants, Protein, Calcium, and omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids. The Alpha-linolenic (omega-3) content found in Chia is thought to naturally contribute to normal blood Cholesterol levels.
What are Mini Quinoa Snacks, and how can I use them?

I purchased the Greens Organic Spirulina Powder to add to our family plant protein shakes. I purchased the Greens Organic Spirulina Powder to add to our family plant protein shakes. We don't eat a lot of red meat and my 6 year old has been struggling with fatigue a lot recently so I thought this would be a good way to address iron levels and lack of B vitamins for the whole family. When used in the correct quantities the flavour isn't overbearing and easily masked by the addition of a ripe banana! We're all enjoying adding this to our shakes and hopefully will notice the benefits soon. The price was also really good for the quality of the product! I will repurchase for sure.
