Crammed full of numerous health-promoting Vitamins and Minerals, cashew nuts are a rich source of dietary fibre too.
Sweetly flavoured cashew nuts can be consumed as a stand-alone snack or as part of trail mix. They are also used in a variety of home cooked rice dishes and stir fry's, as well as being the key ingredient in Cashew Nut Butter.
