Do hemp seeds have CBD?

No! Despite coming from the same plant, hemp seeds do not contain any traces of CBD whatsoever.

Can hemp seeds make you sleepy?

At present, there is no conclusive medical data to suggest that hemp seeds will make you go to Sleep quicker. However they are a rich source of Magnesium, which possess soporific properties, so this may be a reason why many people believe hemp seeds could make you sleepy.
