What is sesame seed oil used for?
Fushi Organic Sesame Seed Oil is naturally antibacterial and may therefore be used for common Skin conditions such as common skin fungi and athlete's foot fungus.

Sesame seed oil has been used as a healing oil for thousands of years in India and is a very popular oil in the practise of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian health system.
Fushi Organic Sesame Seed Oil is high in Vitamin B, Vitamin E, and the Minerals Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorous. It is a powerful antioxidant, high in polyunsaturated fats and is widely used in Asian cooking, for taste and flavour.
Directions:
For internal & external use: Take 1-3 teaspoons of Fushi Organic Sesame Seed Oil daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Can also be drizzled over a salad or blended into a smoothie. Massage externally into affected area daily.
Storage:
Store Fushi Organic Sesame Seed Oil in a cool dark place. Oil should be used within 6 months once it has been opened.
