Bees start make Hilltop Honey Blossom Honey by collecting nectar from the blossom & sucking it out with their tongues. Once they store a full load of it in their 'honey stomach', the bees fly it back to the hive. Worker bees chew on the blossom for about half an hour, and after it's passed on from bee to bee, until it gradually turns into honey. As the honey is still a bit wet, bees store it in honeycomb cells and fan it with their wings to make it dry out and become stickier.
