Basic Paella to serve 2 adults:
Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Stir in the turmeric, paprika and Just Natural Organic Marisma Paella Rice until the rice is coated. Pour in stock, bring to the boil and simmer for twenty minutes. When stock is almost fully absorbed add the peas and cooked meat, seafood, or veggies as desired. Heat for five minutes, or until the rice is cooked and tender.
