What's in the mix?
Just Wholefoods Organic & Vegan Flapjack Mix is made with Gluten Free oat flakes and the finest natural ingredients, such as Coconut blossom sugar and Sunflower Seeds. These flapjacks are a great addition to a healthy snack or brunch.
Can you substitute coconut oil for butter in flapjacks?
We can't see why not. It's safe to say experiment is key here but there's certainly nothing to say that Coconut Oil cannot be used in place of traditional butter.
What consistency should flapjack mix be?
Once you've put your flapjack mix together, you should try to ensure that each flapjack is cut and flattened out to the same size. Once baked, the edges of your Just Wholefoods Organic & Vegan Flapjacks should be a tad brown, but the middle should be soft but waver ever so slightly.
Do flapjacks harden as they cool?
Yes! Your Just Wholefoods Organic & Vegan Flapjacks will harden up as they begin to cool down.
