Lamberts Osteoguard 90 Tablets contains high levels of Magnesium and Calcium, along with boron and the Vitamins D & K in an all-in-one bone health formula. Just one Osteoguard tablet a day will provide a suitable level of support for most diets, however two tablets daily are preferred by those of menopausal age or with diets containing little dairy produce.

Lamberts have selected fine grade mineral compounds to increase solubility and have also included Vitamin D and Vitamin K in OsteoGuard Tablets, to reflect the current thinking on bone health. This all-in-one bone health formula contains high levels of calcium and magnesium as recommended by many nutrionists. It is also an excellent partner for most multi-vitamin products which don’t tend to provide decent levels of calcium and magnesium.
Why is Calcium & Magnesium important?
It is well established that many people's diets are deficient in the two essential bone-making nutrients calcium and magnesium, and that low calcium intakes can contribute to the rate at which bone mass declines with age. The Department of Health (DoH) recommends that women should have an intake of up to 1200mg of calcium per day, a level that is hard to achieve through diet alone, especially if the diet contains little dairy produce.
Magnesium, which is increasingly absent from the Food we eat, is known to help to in the deposition of calcium in the Joints & Bones.
Directions:
Take 1 to 2 Lamberts Osteoguard Tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by a pharmacist or practitioner.
Disintegration Time: Less than 1 hour.

Lamberts Osteoguard Tablets should be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light.
