Lamberts Siberian Ginseng 1500mg 60 Tablets small and coated to make them tasteless and easy to swallow. Each tablet provides 100mg extract made from over 1500mg of dried herb and is therefore likely to be 15 times times stronger than a product containing simply 100mg of powdered plant material.
Siberian Ginseng is used to combat stress and Fatigue but is more commonly used as a preventative agent rather than a remedial preparation. Unlike Panax ginseng, Siberian ginseng does not contain ginsenosides.

What is Siberian Ginseng?

Siberian ginseng should not be confused with other types of ginseng, as it is not the same herb as American or Panax ginseng. It is said that in the days of the Soviet Union, it was required by Soviet athletes for the advantages offered by ginseng but they wanted a less expensive version. From this, Siberian ginseng was born and been a popular variation of ginseng ever since. Most research on Siberian ginseng has also been carried out in Russia.
