How do you use vegetable bouillon cubes?
- As Stock: Add 2 stock cubes to 1 litre of boiling water and stir.
- As Seasoning: Make up as for stock and add according to taste to all savoury dishes.
- As Hot Drink: 1 Stock cube per 1/2 litre boiling water. A delightful beverage with only 19 calories per cup.

HIgh salt content Making soup with this we noticed that our soups were very salty. As the second time we made soup we put in NO ADDITIONAL SALT AT ALL, we were surprised. Then I noticed that, by weight, this product is 48.3% salt! I worked out that our carrot soup with no added salt contained the recommended amount of salt for an adult for an entire day. Either dilute this much further than it says to, or try the low salt version if you're trying to keep control over your salt intake.
