How does Toasted Sesame Oil differ from regular Sesame Oil?
Toasted Sesame Oil is visibly different from the standard forms of Sesame oil. It is dark red-brown in colour and has a stronger, nutty flavour. Toasted Sesame Oil is also thought to have a longer shelf life than other types of sesame oil.
What are the health benefits of regular Toasted Sesame Oil consumption?
Toasted Sesame Oil is a rich source of linoleic acid (one of the two essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce). Essential Fatty Acids support blood flow, normal growth, and the functions of the nerves and arteries.
