Nairn's Wholegrain Crackers are packed with wholesome Gluten Free wholegrain Oats, which are high in complex carbohydrates, and are a great source of beta-glucans, a type of soluble fibre (various studies have proven that oat beta-glucan can help lower Cholesterol).
