What is Shea Butter?

Shea butter is a slightly yellowish or ivory coloured fat extracted from the nut of the Shea tree (Vitellaria paradoxa).

In most parts of Africa Shea butter is used in local Food preparation, however our range of products have been designed for external use.

What is shea butter good for?

Shea butter is widely used in cosmetics as a Moisturiser, salve or lotion. It is also used as a base for sun blocks and in Hair care products to combat dryness.
