Acai

Acai Palms can be found growing along the banks of the Amazon. Acai berries are packed with nutrients which can aid the digestive process, support the health of the blood and increase energy levels. There has been some evidence to support it aids weight loss and slows down the aging process. The berries need to be freeze dried within 24hrs of being picked which increases the cost of production and is reflected in the price. Use in recipes or sprinkled on ice cream, yoghurt or in drinks.
