Matcha Green Tea

Matcha Tea has become a favourite with many celebrities and it’s easy to see why. It is a perfect, premium grade green tea with a mild, smooth flavour high in protein, chlorophyll and antioxidants but low in caffeine. The tea leaves are covered for 2 weeks before they are picked increasing the chlorophyll content and are then finely ground before packing. Buddhist Monks in Japan used to drink this tea to keep them alert, awake and focussed during long hours of meditation.
