Is Enterosgel Easy To Use?

For Children under 1 year*: 2.5g (½ teaspoon) diluted in 7.5-15ml of water.

For children 1-6 years old*: 5g (1 teaspoon or 1/3 of a sachet) diluted in 50-100ml of water 3 times a day.

For children 7-14 years old: 10g (2 teaspoons or 2/3 of a sachet) diluted in 50-100 ml of water 3 times a day.

*Prior to use in children under 3 years old it is advisable to consult a doctor.

For children 15+ and adults: 15-22.5g (1-1½ tablespoon or 1-1½ sachets) diluted in 200ml of water 3 times a day.

At the start of treatment, you can double the first dose and then continue with the single dose after each bowel movement from 3 to 6 times a day. Maximum 8 doses on the first day. Continue taking an Enterosgel dose 1 to 3 times a day during the following 3-4 days until your bowel movements return to normal.

In children and adults, treatment of diarrhoea should also replace lost fluids, this may include use of an oral rehydration solution.

How Long Can I Use Enterosgel For?

Once the diarrhoea has stopped, it is recommended to continue Enterosgel treatment for 5 days using the same standard age-related dose. 1 single dose 2 times a day for 10 days.
