Vitamins

Lamberts range of twenty-five different single vitamin products are made in the United Kingdom and are produced in premises that operate to stringent pharmaceutical standards of GMP (good manufacturing practices). Vitamins are essential for the regulation of the chemical processes that go on in the body. As a rule vitamins cannot be produced in the body and therefore must be acquired from foods or supplementation.

There are two primary groups of vitamins - fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E that can be stored in the body and the water-soluble vitamins which incorporate the B vitamins and vitamin C (these are not stored in the body). Lamberts use only the finest raw materials to create their range of individual B vitamins, vitamin C (in the form of powder, tablets & time release) and the three different potencies of vitamin D and vitamin E.
