Lamberts Vitamin D3 400iu 120 Capsules are small, easy to swallow tablets that provide Vitamin D in its natural form of D3 (cholecalciferol), as it is the form most easily absorbed. Each capsule offers 10µg of vitamin D at a strength that is recommended by the DoH for groups of people that include those over 65 years of age, and for women during Pregnancy.

What does Vitamin D do?
Vitamin D is involved in the expression of more than 1000 genes and is also thought to be important for a healthy Immune System. However, while it is renowned for its vital role in the maintenance of normal bone health, in reality vitamin D actually acts on cells in every organ of the Body and has extremely far-reaching effects on human health.
